    OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES FOR WEST COAST MONSTER TRUCK NATIONALS

    Here are the official rules for the WEST COAST MONSTER TRUCK NATIONALS  (“Contest”), being conducted by KEWB-FM) (hereafter referred to as “Station”) and its owner Results Radio LLC, starting Sept 12, 2025 and ending 11:59PMSept 28, 2025   (“Contest Period”)

    The Station may change the dates and/or terms, conditions, or rules of the Contest without prior notice.  Any material changes to the Contest or its rules will be broadcast and posted on Power947.com (hereafter referred to as “Website”). Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned to include, without limitation, because of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal challenge or technical failures of any kind.

    Station Judges will be the sole interpreter of Contest rules.  All decisions by the Station Judges will be final.  Entry into this Contest constitutes agreement by Entrant to abide by these rules.

    By entering Contestant acknowledges that this event may require COVID-19 proof of vaccination or negative PCR test for entry, and/or may require attendees to wear masks during the performance. Requirements for the venue are subject to change up until the event.

    By participating, Contestant consents to Station contacting them by telephone, email, or text.

    By entering, Contestants agree to indemnify this Station and Results Radio LLC from and against all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from use of the prize or participation in this Contest.

    By entering, Contestants, Semi Finalists, Finalists, and Winners agree to allow use of their entry materials (including submitted image(s), Name, written material, and Voice) in Station on-air, stream, social media, newsletter, website, or other Station publicity platforms.  

    Listeners of the Station online stream may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain contests due to delays with the streaming of the broadcast signal. The Station is not responsible for technological errors or failures of the phone, text, internet, email, or computer systems.  

    No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contest is void where prohibited by law. 

    WHO CAN ENTER (ELIGIBILITY)

    Contestants and Finalists who do not meet this Contest’s Eligibility requirements will be disqualified, and ineligible to become the contest winner.

    The Contest is open to all US citizens who reside fulltime in the State of California and who are age 12 years or older (“Contestant”).  

    Current or former employees of Results Radio LLC, their immediate family members (including ex-spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws), individuals legally residing in the same household as current employees, Company affiliates, agents, successors, assignees, any promotional agency involved with this promotion,  current employees of other Radio stations in California and their family members,  are NOT eligible to participate or win. 

    Contestants are required to provide truthful information to the Station on entry and during entire operation of the Contest. Station will disqualify any entry discovered to be based upon false or untruthful information. 

    Failure to comply with the Rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and to disqualify that Contestant from entering or winning future contests.

    Contestant must prove control of their unique email address used for their entry by responding promptly to a test with two-factor authentication, or their entry will be declared invalid.

    HOW TO ENTER

    To enter, listen to Station as follows:

    During the Contest Period, listen Monday-Sunday 6am-12am for announcement of a contest Key Word. Text that word to 530-896-1021 Word must be correctly spelled. (“Valid Entry”) You may enter for a maximum of 1 time per day.  Three (3) Finalists will be selected at random.

    THE PRIZE

    The Prize is:  4 tickets for West Coast Monster Truck Nationals at Tehama County Fairgrounds for Station-selected date of either October 3, 4, or 5 2025. 

    There are three (3) Prizes.

    Prize Total Value is: $90.00 (may include promoter and venue service fees). 

    METHOD OF DETERMINING AND CONTACTING FINALIST(s) and WINNER.

    There are three (3) Winners.  

    Finalists will be drawn at random from all valid entries,  1 on 9-15-25,  1 on 9-22-25, and 1 on 9-29-25. The odds of being selected as a Finalist depends on the number of entries on each of those dates. Valid Entries are eligible for the random drawings from the date of entry through the final drawing.

    Following each random drawing, Station will contact the Finalist by telephone to confirm eligibility.  Finalist must be immediately responsive to Station’s 3 attempts at contact or subsequently the Station will randomly draw another Finalist, continuing until a Finalist confirms eligibility. 

    Finalist will become the Winner upon confirmation of their eligibility and confirming Finalist’s ability to receive the mobile-only tickets transferred to a mobile device in his/her control.  If the Winner fails to sign required forms within 5 business days, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Finalist will be drawn at random from the pool of remaining Semi-Finalists.

    REDEMPTION OF PRIZE

    Winner must appear to present valid, government-issued photo identification and personal social security number together with complete personal residence address, date of birth, and phone number, all such information to exactly match the information as supplied by Contestant’s entry. Winner will sign required affidavits and releases at Station offices or mutually agreed location, or the Prize will be forfeit.  Advance appointment at mutually agreed day and time is required.

    Prize cannot be awarded to third parties on behalf of the Winner, or else the Winner forfeits.

    Prize is not transferable and may not be substituted for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation or postponement of events, business disruption, or other situations beyond the control of the Station.

    Winner will be required to fill out a W-9 form to claim Prize, or else the Winner forfeits.  Taxes are not included. Payment of taxes will be the legal responsibility of Winner.  

    Station offices are closed on Legal Holidays. Prize must be picked up by advance appointment at the offices of Results Radio LLC Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm at:

    Android 8 | iOS 15 or higher required.

    Time-Out Problem on Certain Android smodel phones:

    Some devices have power-saving controls that suggests certain apps should be “put to sleep” and this can cause this app (and others) to inconveniently time-out. 

    Here’s the fix:

    1-Go to Settings.  Go to “Device Maintenance” or “Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls” or similar setting that sets screen time or app timers.

    2-Select “Battery” or “App Limits”

    3-Select “Unmonitored Apps” .  You will see a list of apps that can use as much power as they want.  Or find your Station’s App and open the Timer symbol.

    4-Adjut the time-out setting for your Station App to be as long as you wish.  It’s possible that your mobile device has a default setting of 30 minutes or similar.  This can be increased to hours in length.

    5-Close this up, and your app will operate according to the custom setting you have applied.

    Unless otherwise posted by KEWB-FM (hereafter referred to as “Station”) these rules cover routine contests (“Contest”) conducted by Station and its owner Results Radio LLC starting January 1 and ending 11:59PM December 31 2025. These rules may be amended by separate specific rules for major contests or promotions conducted by the Station or its sponsors.

    The Contest will take place on dates and times as announced on air.  The Station may change the dates and/or terms, conditions, or rules of the Contest without prior notice.  Any material changes to the Contest or its rules will be broadcast and posted on Power94Radio.com.  Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal challenge or technical failures of any kind.

    To enter, listeners must follow the instructions as announced on-air.

    The Contest is open to all US citizens who reside in the State of California, and who are age 18 years or older, unless eligibility is specifically restricted to persons over age 21.  Contestants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian claim the Prize.  Employees of Results Radio LLC, affiliates, other radio stations and their immediate families are not allowed to participate or win.

    No purchase is necessary and Contest is void where prohibited by law.

    The Station is not responsible for technological errors or failures of the phone, text, internet, email, or computer systems.  Listeners of the Station online stream may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain contests due to delays with the streaming of the broadcast signal.

    Contestants may enter the Contest as often as they participate, and more than 1 Contestant per household is eligible to participate as often as they participate. Winning the Contest is limited to one time per 7 days.

    Contestants are required to provide truthful information to the Station on entry and during entire operation of the Contest. Station will reject any entry it discovers to be based upon false or fraudulent information.

    The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the Contest eligibility requirements. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and to disqualify that contestant from entering or winning future contests.

    The Prize and its total value will be indicated when the Station announces the Contest.

    Winner will be selected and awarded in the manner announced by the Station. Chance of winning depends on number of entries.

    Winner will be notified of their prize by telephone.  If the initial winner cannot be contacted or fails to appear and sign required affidavits and releases within 5 business days, the prize will be forfeited.  The prize will be awarded to the winner within 30 days after signing required affidavits and releases.

    The Station reserves the right to make rule changes which become effective upon announcement on air and in writing posted on this website. Failure to comply with rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.

    All decisions of the judges will be final.
